I hit the thrifty jackpot! I found this Restoration Hardware chandelier on Craigslist, and the two black farmhouse style Ethan Allen chairs at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s resale shop. We drove down to Clear Lake to scoop up the chandelier for $75 bucks. The chairs retail for $400 each, and I snagged them for $25 each. Crazy good deal, huh? David makes fun of me because I was haggling and trying to get them for $20 each. Sometimes I get savings greedy!

The chandelier is going in our bedroom, and the two dining chairs are obviously going in our dining room.
