We have been proud owners of a stock tank pool for four years now. We installed it ourselves and documented the process along the way. Tons of folks have visited our tutorial and shown us love. Along the way, we have received many many questions, so we thought we would do a post about our most frequently asked questions. Here we go!
We strapped our pool to the truck bed and drove home with it all in one day. Call your local store ahead to make sure they’re in stock.
It’s the perfect size! My husband and I can both comfortably float in the pool together. You can fit 4 – 5 humans without floats in it too.
We also scoop our leaves and such as needed. Fun tip: We recommend making a whirlpool in your pool, then scooping the junk out. The swirling water will gather all the junk in the middle of the pool, so you can scoop it all out easier. We also run our pump for an hour or two every other day or so.
